36 runs from the bat for hitting six sixes from six legal deliveries. However, an over can also have additional runs as brought by extras such as no balls and wides. So, this is not equivalent to smashing six sixes in an over albeit this would be the most runs conceded in an over based on 6 legal balls.
An example would be Samoa’s Darius Visser scored 39 runs in an over of a T20I vs Vanuatu in the year 2024. Now, that six-over consisted of some extras and a dot ball, so it was not Six sixes off six ‘legal’ deliveries.
